Before reading the full legal text, here are the six most important principles that shape your agreement with 555xp.
All 555xp services are strictly for players aged 21 and above. Creating an account as an underage person is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.
Each player is permitted to hold one 555xp account only. Duplicate accounts, accounts shared between individuals, and accounts created to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or bonus terms are all prohibited and subject to permanent closure.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free bet credits, and reload offers are subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified at the time of the promotion. Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular gameplay patterns will result in bonus forfeiture.
Withdrawal requests require identity verification in line with our KYC policy. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever operationally possible. Use of the 555xp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 555xp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Operator's satisfaction. Any winnings accrued by an underage player are void and will not be paid.

To open a 555xp account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555xp login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not permit any other person to access or use your account. 555xp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details.
555xp is required under the terms of its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all accounts. KYC verification will be required before any withdrawal request is processed, and may also be requested at any time during the life of your account at the Operator's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a utility bill, bank statement, or similar document no more than three months old for address verification.
You may request closure of your 555xp account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Closure requests made under self-exclusion terms are handled under Section 8 of these Terms.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. 555xp reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule communicated to players at the time of notification. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.
555xp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All account balances are maintained natively in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by the Operator on standard PKR transactions, although your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person — whether family members, friends, or business associates — will be returned and may trigger an account review. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within fifteen minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's clearing times. 555xp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where the Operator has reasonable grounds to conduct further checks.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your 555xp account. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification are subject to reduced withdrawal limits until verification is finalised. All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by 555xp are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — slots and crash games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live dealer table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. 555xp reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Behaviour that may constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.
All casino games offered on 555xp — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and crash titles — are sourced from licensed and independently certified game studios. Random Number Generators governing game outcomes are regularly audited by accredited testing laboratories. The Operator does not interfere with game outcomes, and game results are final once the round in question has been completed and settled.
Bets placed on cricket, PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, the IPL, and other sports markets are governed by the sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or any other irregular occurrence, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules. Pre-match bets accepted before a match is officially abandoned will be void and stakes returned unless the applicable rules specify otherwise.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest error in odds or game settings, 555xp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance. The Operator will not honour winnings arising from an obvious error in odds, payout tables, or game settings regardless of whether such an error was detected before or after settlement. Players who knowingly exploit errors are in breach of these Terms.

Where a breach of this Section is identified, 555xp reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and recent bets at its discretion, withhold any balance pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

We provide all registered players with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, single-session wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion. The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided to 555xp during registration and throughout your time as a player is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering with 555xp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555xp and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
555xp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. The Operator will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555xp holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority. Both parties waive any right to bring a dispute before a court of general jurisdiction except where expressly required by mandatory applicable law.
In the first instance, players are encouraged to raise any complaint directly with the 555xp support team via Live Chat or email. The Operator will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 calendar days.
